6 Best Lash and Brow Studios in Tampines & Simei, Singapore (2026)

The best lash and brow studios in Tampines and Simei in 2026 are Flutter & Glow, Divine Brow & Skin, Asoke Studio, Beauty Essentials, D’Nail (Tampines West) and Art Beauty Paradise (Tampines). Three of the six are home-based studios in HDB estates, and across the 31 Singapore salon menus we reviewed, a full set of eyelash extensions has a median price of $88.

Tampines does lashes and brows the heartland way. Instead of one glossy flagship, you get one-person home studios, HDB shopfront salons and a mall salon right on the MRT, many of them doing lashes, brows, nails and facials under one roof. So we went through the salons we have actually researched in Tampines and Simei and kept the ones with a real lash or brow menu, a solid rating and, for five of the six, a way to book through Glamingo.

What Lashes and Brows in Tampines Are Actually Like

Expect small and personal. The home studios here are one-on-one, so you book a slot rather than walk in, and the address is a flat, not a shopfront. We could record lash and brow prices for only one studio here, so use the wider market as your guide: on the 31 salon menus we reviewed, most full sets cost $65 to $110, while the 25 lash lift menus have a median of $65. Embroidery is the bigger spend, with a median of about $400 across 26 menus.

For the full breakdown by set type, see our lash extensions price guide, and for brows, the eyebrow embroidery price guide. Browse every salon nearby on the Tampines hub and the Simei hub.

Before You Book: Three Things to Know

  • Budget for refills, not just the first set. On the 10 menus we reviewed that price refills, the median is about $52, usually about half the full-set price. Our guide on how long lash extensions last explains when you will need one.
  • Lift or extensions? A lift curls your natural lashes instead of adding new ones, and our lash lift guide covers who it suits. If you have sensitive eyes or have reacted to lash glue before, say so when you book and ask whether a patch test is possible.
  • Plan aftercare around the weather. Singapore has high humidity all year round, per the Meteorological Service Singapore, so keep new lashes and fresh brows clean and dry for the first days. For embroidery, ask whether a touch-up is included: only about 1 in 5 of the menus we reviewed say so. See our eyebrow embroidery aftercare guide.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much do lash extensions cost in Tampines?

Divine Brow & Skin, the one studio here whose menu prices we recorded, listed 4D eyelash extensions at $68 in September 2026, or $78 with removal of an old set. Across the 31 Singapore salon menus we reviewed, the median full set is $88, most cost between $65 and $110, and refills usually cost about half the full-set price.

How much is eyebrow embroidery in Tampines?

Divine Brow & Skin listed Korean misty powder brows at $288 and 4D eyebrow embroidery at $388 when we checked in September 2026. That sits below the median of about $400 across the 26 Singapore salon menus we reviewed, where most embroidery costs between $280 and $850. Ask whether a touch-up is included before you book.

Where can I get a lash lift in Tampines?

Divine Brow & Skin lists eyelash perming, the older name for a lash lift, at $58. Beauty Essentials at Century Square and D’Nail in Tampines West also offer lash lifts or perms. Across the 25 Singapore lash lift menus we reviewed, the median price is $65, so that $58 sits just below the middle of the market.

Is a home-based lash studio in Tampines a good choice?

It can be, as long as you check reviews first. Three studios on this list work from HDB homes, and they hold ratings between 4.7 and 5.0. You get one-on-one service, but you need an appointment, because there is no shopfront to walk into. Mention sensitive eyes or past glue reactions when you book.

Book Lashes and Brows in Tampines & Simei on Glamingo

The easiest way to lock in a lash or brow appointment in the east is a Glamingo booking request: pick the studio and the treatment, choose a time, and the studio confirms. It works even for the small home studios that usually take bookings only by message. Start with the bookable five above, or browse every option on the lash extensions hub, the lash lift hub, the eyebrow embroidery hub and the Tampines hub.
