Eyebrow Embroidery Price in Singapore (2026): What You’ll Really Pay

A first session of eyebrow embroidery in Singapore typically costs about $400, and most salons charge between $280 and $850. On the 26 salon menus we reviewed, prices started from $188 for entry “Korean” embroidery and went up to $1,300 at artist-led studios.

That is a big spread for something that looks the same on a menu. The price depends on three things: the technique, who holds the needle, and whether your touch-up is included (it usually isn’t). This guide breaks down each one, shows you what a year of brows really costs, and flags the cheap deals worth walking away from.

Eyebrow Embroidery Prices at a Glance

We looked at the eyebrow embroidery prices on 26 Singapore salon menus in our marketplace research, captured between April and September 2026. For each salon we took the cheapest standard first-session price. Promos, first-trial rates and packages are left out, because they don’t tell you what the service normally costs.

TierFirst-session priceShare of salonsWhat’s usually different
BudgetUnder $300About 2 in 5Entry “Korean” or misty brows, often a “from” price at a multi-service salon
Mid-range$300 to $699About 2 in 5Misty, powder, nano and 4D brows at brow and beauty studios
Premium$700 and upAbout 1 in 4Microblading and hair-stroke specialists, artist-led studios, touch-up often bundled

The middle of the market sits right around $400. The cheapest menu started at $188, the most expensive at $1,300.

Price by Technique: The Ladder

Technique is the biggest single driver of price. Here is how the ladder looked across the menus we reviewed.

Technique (as menus label it)Typical starting priceWhat it is
“Korean” eyebrow embroideryAbout $188 to $198The entry service at many salons, usually a soft, filled look
Misty / powder browsAbout $288 to $300 at entry levelMachine shading for a soft, made-up finish
4D / hybrid / combinationOften $388 to $468Strokes plus shading
Nano brows, microblading, hair-stroke$458 to $1,300Fine, hair-like strokes, the most detailed work

Inside a single salon, the top technique costs about 1.3 to 3.7 times the entry one. One menu we reviewed runs from $198 for Korean embroidery to $468 for 4D. Another goes from $188 to $688 for nano brows.

A heads-up on names: “Korean”, “6D”, “misty” and “designer” are marketing labels, not standard techniques, and two salons can mean different things by the same word. Ask a simpler question: is it strokes, shading, or both? That tells you more than the number in front of the “D”. Our first-timer’s guide explains which technique suits which skin type.

Artist Seniority: Same Brow, Different Price

Some studios price the same service by who does it. One brow studio we reviewed charges $490, $590 or $690 for the same misty brow, depending on whether you book a resident, lead or master artist. Another prices a hybrid brow at $458 with one artist and $798 with its most senior one.

Is the senior artist worth an extra $200 to $300? For a first-timer with tricky brows (very sparse, uneven, or covering old embroidery), it can be. For a straightforward misty brow, a well-trained mid-level artist with good healed photos is often the better value. Judge the portfolio, not the title.

Touch-Ups: The Cost Most People Forget

Almost every embroidery needs a touch-up a few weeks after the first session to fill any patchy spots. Here is the catch: only about 1 in 5 of the menus we reviewed explicitly includes one. The rest don’t say, so assume you’ll pay unless told otherwise.

Where studios do price touch-ups, the pattern is clear: the sooner you go, the less you pay.

WhenTypical touch-up costExample from a menu we reviewed
First touch-up, within about 3 monthsAbout 20% to 25% of the first session$120 on a $490 brow; $168 on a $788 brow
Refresh at around 6 monthsRises from there$248 on that same $788 brow
Refresh at around 1 yearAbout 30% to 75% of the first session$348 on the $788 brow
Refresh at around 18 monthsHigher again$448 on the $788 brow

Some studios charge a flat touch-up of about half the original price instead (for example $650 on a $1,300 brow). One studio also charges a $50 consultation, deducted if you go ahead. Ask about all of this before you book, not after.

What a Year of Brows Really Costs

The sticker price is only part of it. Here is a simple worked example using the tiers above, adding a first touch-up at 20% to 25% (our arithmetic, not a quote):

Your first sessionPlus first touch-upYear-one totalPer month in year one
$250 (budget)About $50 to $65About $300 to $315About $25
$400 (typical)About $80 to $100About $480 to $500About $40
$850 (premium)About $170 to $215About $1,020 to $1,065About $85 to $90

Embroidery usually lasts about one to two years before it needs a refresh, so the cost per month drops a lot in year two. If a $400 brow and its touch-up carry you for two years, that is roughly $20 a month. Our guide on how long eyebrow embroidery lasts covers what makes it fade faster and when to book that refresh.

Weighing it up against something less permanent? Our brow lamination vs eyebrow embroidery comparison puts the two side by side.

Red Flags in Very Cheap Deals

Promos are where the really low numbers live. On salon pages and social posts we also saw deals of $58 (“75% off”), $68, $98 trial sessions plus GST, and misty brows from $128. None of those are in our averages above. Cheap isn’t automatically bad, but this is on your face for a year or more, so check these before you pay:

  • An inflated “usual price”. One deal we saw advertised $699 against a “usual price” of $2,399. No menu we reviewed charged anything close to $2,399, so that discount is mostly decoration.
  • “From” prices with no technique named. If the ad doesn’t say what technique or which artist, the $98 brow may not be the one you want.
  • Prices before GST. A few menus quote “+GST”. Check whether the figure you’re comparing is the final one.
  • Trial price, then a pricey touch-up. Ask what the touch-up costs before you sit down.
  • No healed photos. Fresh brows always look crisp. Healed brows at four to eight weeks are the real portfolio.
  • Vague hygiene answers. Embroidery breaks the skin. Singapore’s Ministry of Health has noted that tattooing can transmit infections such as hepatitis B and C if equipment isn’t sterile, and that the risk is very small with sterilised or disposable needles and proper infection control. A good studio will happily show you a sealed, single-use needle.

A word on packages. Be wary of being pushed to prepay for a bundle of sessions or add-ons on the spot, especially on a first visit. Pay for one service, see how it heals, then decide. A studio confident in its work doesn’t need you to commit in the chair.

How to Get a Fair Price

1. Decide your look first (soft shading or hair strokes), then compare like with like.
2. Ask what’s included: numbing, consultation, and the first touch-up, with its time window.
3. Ask who will do it, and whether the price changes by artist.
4. Look at healed results on brows similar to yours.
5. Get the final number including GST.
6. Book the touch-up early. It’s cheapest within about three months.

So, is the cheapest worth it? Sometimes. A $200 to $300 misty brow from a skilled artist can look lovely. But the difference between a $250 brow and a $450 one is usually about $200 over one to two years. A correction or cover-up can cost far more than that, so spend on skill and hygiene first, and hunt for savings second.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much does eyebrow embroidery cost in Singapore?

A first session costs about $400 at a typical Singapore salon, with most charging $280 to $850. On the 26 salon menus we reviewed, prices ranged from $188 for entry Korean embroidery to $1,300 at artist-led studios. Technique, artist seniority and whether a touch-up is included explain most of the difference.

Is the touch-up included in the eyebrow embroidery price?

Usually not, so always ask. Only about 1 in 5 of the menus we reviewed explicitly includes a touch-up. Where it is charged, a first touch-up within about three months typically costs 20% to 25% of the first session, while later refreshes cost about 30% to 75% and rise the longer you wait.

Why is microblading more expensive than misty brows?

Hair-stroke work like microblading and nano brows takes finer, more detailed technique, so it sits at the top of the price ladder. On the menus we reviewed, misty and powder brows started around $288 to $300, while nano, microblading and hair-stroke brows ranged from $458 to $1,300. Senior artists charge more again.

Are very cheap eyebrow embroidery deals safe?

Some are fine, but check carefully. Look for an inflated “usual price”, a vague “from” price with no technique named, prices before GST, and expensive touch-ups after a cheap trial. Ask to see healed results and a sealed, single-use needle. Pay for one session first rather than prepaying a package.
