What people say
How comfortable it is
People drift off somewhere between the face massage and the hair wash.
The pressure is firm, and your therapist stops now and then to ask whether it's too much.
Some had the head massage stay too hard, or the water too hot, after asking for less.
Aches and sore muscles
If your neck and shoulders are stiff from desk work, that's where the therapist spends longest.
People who asked for extra time there had it taken from the facial or the leg massage.
The small extras
Before you get up, they wipe the oil off your neck and shoulders so you don't leave greasy.
Your hair is blow-dried and styled before you head out.
No hard sell
There are no packages to sign up for, and nobody pitches one at the end.
Coming while pregnant
Pregnant women book here, and the therapists know to help you on and off the bed.
The room
The lights are kept low through the session, and the bed underneath you is heated.
The changing corner was too tight for some to lift their arms.

Q Can I come while pregnant?
Pregnant clients book the menu's two-hour pregnancy session at $188 or one of the combos. Tell your therapist how far along you are when you arrive.
Q Do I pay a deposit to book?
Booking online asks for no card or deposit, and you can cancel or move the slot any time before it starts. If you don't turn up, the slot is released after 15 minutes.
