What stands out is that parents ask for particular stylists by name, year after year: Wenda, Ivy and Angie come up repeatedly, and one parent describes five years of bringing two children since birth.

The highest-rated salon in this entire search at 4.9 stars, and the only one whose reviews mention children in two separate ways. It is a one-stylist shop in Bedok run by Linda, and the whole thing is built around the moment a child decides they do not want to be there.
Worth knowing: this is a small operation and it shows in the admin. There are only about 35 reviews behind that 4.9, there is no website, the Facebook page is the only presence online, and opening hours are not listed anywhere reliable. Call before you go.

A long-running family salon upstairs in Forum The Shopping Mall, walk-in and phone only, no website. It sits at 4.1 stars across about 100 reviews, and no queue and a fast cut come up almost as often as the children do. That is the practical appeal: you are in and out.
Worth knowing, and this matters: it is inconsistent. Alongside the parents who have been going for years, one describes their baby being handled roughly, with no cover put on, and a mess left behind. Both experiences sit in the same review set. If your child is very young or very anxious, one of the specialists higher up this list is the safer choice.
