Walk-ins are welcome, but we recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time slot and stylist.

If you must cancel or amend your appointment due to changes in your schedule, we require a notice of at least 3 hours before the scheduled appointment. Please contact us at 8490 0631 (Downtown East).

Please arrive on time. Arrivals 10 minutes late or more will be placed on the waitlist for the next available slot. We reserve the right to cancel appointments if you are uncontactable.

Prices listed are starting rates and may vary depending on hair length, thickness, and service required. Surcharges may apply during peak periods (e.g. Chinese New Year).

A user who accumulates three (3) no-show reservations within the same twelve (12)-month period will have their account banned from online booking. Appointments made on behalf of another customer must be supported by that customer's visit record.

We reserve the right to refuse service to any customers who are uncooperative or verbally and/or physically abusive to our staff.

Appointments are subject to availability. We will contact you if your selected slot cannot be fulfilled.

Waiting time may occur. If you are on a tight schedule, please book another time.

Express Services are for light trimming and maintenance only, not full haircuts or restyling. Major changes to length, shape, or hairstyle are not included. Additional charges may apply for extra long or thick hair. Full haircut rates will apply if more extensive work is required.
