“I was a walk in customer to U hair salon at the Jurong point branch last evening. Because I was feeling like my hair was too heavy & it’s wearing me out. I had a hair cut & a new hair colour in mind. I also had the pleasure to be served by Elise & Yuki. They’re very friendly, polite, professional, knowledgeable. Special shoutout to Elise. For fixing my dry hair by recommending me a treatment before the colouring. I was so amazed by her knowledge and I knew that I was in good hands after that! Yuki was also a very cheerful & bubbly lady. I really feel very comfortable with the both of them and I’m already looking forward to my next visit with them ☺️ Highly recommended hair salon for anyone who is considering their hair services.”

“I was served by Elise for highlighting and color toning. I expressed that I wanted a look that would blend with my greying hair and she suggested an ash grey color. I appreciated her expertise and accepted the recommendation. The process took about four hours but Elise was attentive and made sure I was comfortable throughout. I’m very satisfied with the end result; the color beautifully complements my hair. The salon had a welcoming atmosphere and I felt well taken care of. I would definitely recommend Elise for her skill and professionalism and I plan to return for future services”

“I had the pleasure of doing my hair with EF, and the whole experience was smooth and hassle-free. I went for both treatment and colour, and the results turned out really nice my hair feels fresh and healthy. EF is very knowledgeable and was super helpful in guiding me on what colour to choose (especially since I’m quite indecisive 😅). He also shared useful tips on how to care for my hair type, which I really appreciated. The salon had a cosy vibe, and the other staff were friendly and approachable as well. Overall, it was a great experience I’d definitely come back again!”
