“Thanks to Mr. Nazmi for providing an attentive and welcoming experience during my first haircut at Palais Renaissance. He took the time to completely redesign my hairstyle and gave detailed advice on how to properly take care of my hair afterwards. What stood out most was his patience, precision, and attention to detail as he spent almost double the reserved appointment time making sure everything was done properly, even though my booking was late at night and close to closing time. Throughout the session, he was welcoming and easy to talk to, making the whole experience comfortable. By the end, it felt more like talking with a friend than just getting a haircut. His professionalism and personality made me want to come back again for the same experience. The store itself was also clean, well-maintained, and matched the quality and atmosphere you would expect for the price, highly recommended.”
